LATESTS RESOURCES ABOUT PERSONAL, ORGANIZATIONAL AND RELATIONAL ENERGY
I quote the main resources in the Selected Bibliography. The only book – to my knowledge- offering an articulated and original approach to personal energy management is: The Power of Full Engagement by T. Schwartz and J. Lohr. Very well structured, with many examples from the world of business and sport. Tony Schwartz outlines the gist of it in one his HBR articles.
I came across a book describing fifty ‘energy boosters’. I appreciate the short chapters with actionable ideas: The Energy Book by R. Maddocks. He uses the main concepts of The Power of Full Engagement… without quoting it. Even if the book could be useful, I struggle with this choice.
EEPULSE is a company connecting performance and energy levels. They engage with all levels of an organization, not only with leaders. They measure data and help optimize energy levels to increase productivity. A direct approach, backed up by more than 15 years of research.
There is an excellent article on Medium by doctor Laust Lauridsen reflecting on how the ideas of Energy Management can help us with the current COVID situation.
These posts are sent to a LinkedIn closed group I created 5 years ago for my clients- to remind them to take care of both their well-being and their performance. They arrive on your LinkedIn Home Page.
