TEAMS: ENERGY CHART GOAL: Enabling teams to improve their collaboration and performance by identifying what drains and what recharges their energy. Suitable for intact teams of 8-10 people.
FORMAT: 3-hour team session – 60-minute webinar+ 30-minute follow-up webinar approx 2 months later.

INDIVIDUALS: ENERGY ROUTINE
GOAL: Improving and sustaining both performance and well-being by creating a customized Energy Routine. Suitable for leaders and professionals in highly demanding roles.
FORMAT: Individual coaching packages – 4 sessions.
